Bonita Practice Solutions is a doctor-founded and doctor-led dental support organization (DSO) serving more than 20,000 New Englanders annually by way of 7 supported dental offices across the eastern half of Massachusetts. Founders, Drs. William Herr and Andrew Luccio, set out on a mission in 2018 to bring to market a support organization centered on the premise of leveling the playing field for privately held, independent dental offices sharing alignment on the integral core values of patient and clinician autonomy, continuity of care, and relationship building. With a 'team-first, client–close–second' mentality, Drs. Herr and Luccio fill an unfortunate yet expansive (and expanding) void in the support space that far too often prioritizes profit over clinical and customer service outcomes and, most certainly, employee satisfaction. Within the few short years that followed the founding of Bonita Practice Solutions, the organization experienced rapid expansion and development, which continues today through the fostering of an organizational culture that uniquely prioritizes the professional development and upward mobility of team members within the organization. This has led to incredible retention that, in turn, results in ideal clinical and customer service outcomes for the communities our supported offices serve.
