We primarily invest in businesses with - $10-100MM+ in revenue - $2-15MM in EBITDA - 10%+ EDBITA margins Our industry experience includes healthcare services, business services, niche manufacturing, food & retail, consumer products & services, and distribution and ranges across investment types including recapitalizations, generational liquidity transactions, control acquisitions, growth investments, corporate care-outs, and significant minority investments.
