In most cases, we will join companies post-investment and work with the existing management team to manage the day-to-day operations of the business. As a result we offer business owners an attractive opportunity to exit day-to-day operations and deliver needed growth capital to the company. Focus: We invest in U.S. headquartered businesses ranging from light manufacturing to business or healthcare services in growing industries. We focus on opportunities where the collective talents of our team can be applied to maximize the long-term value of the business. We actively pursue both stand-alone companies and divisions of larger corporations that are being divested.
