The Henggeler Group ("THG") is a Texas-based family office built by operators. We partner with entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses, providing permanent capital and hands-on support to help them grow. We're not traditional private equity. We don't have fund timelines or exit mandates. We join our partners with a patient, flexible approach, helping them grow and preserve their legacy. Our interests are diversified across essential, growth-oriented sectors, including environmental services, industrials, healthcare services, consumer food and retail, hospitality, and energy. We focus on sectors where we see sustainable growth and where our operational experience adds real value. This work serves two purposes: (i) building enduring companies for the next generation of our family, and (ii) funding our mission to find a cure for Usher syndrome.
