Our highly experienced team has activated and scaled in-house specialty solutions across all major specialties (oral surgery, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, and pedo) in both solo office and large DSO operations during the past eight years. More than a consulting or staffing solution, Complete Specialty Solutions actively manages all aspects of specialty integration and related operations, from support with marketing, case selection and treatment planning to billing/insurance processes as well as procurement and logistics related to all necessary supplies and equipment. In addition, Complete Specialty Solutions utilizes only board certified or board eligible specialists that are led by clinical directors in each specialty that proactively manage quality, patient and GP satisfaction.
