New England Dental Partners was a dentist-led DSO operating a regional network of general and multi-specialty dental practices across greater Boston, Cape Cod, and southern New Hampshire, backed by PE firm The Beekman Group. As of August 2025, select practices were sold to Dental365, indicating the platform is in wind-down or has been substantially exited rather than actively acquiring.
New England Dental Partners is a confirmed DSO (rebranded from New England Management Services) backed by The Beekman Group, with a regional portfolio of dental practices in Boston, Cape Cod, and southern New Hampshire markets, and was recently sold (select practices) to Dental365 in August 2025.
