We are two previously registered managers with Ofsted who understand the frustration when it comes to workforce planning both as an employer and employee within the regulated framework. We decided to set up Social Care Staffing to provide a knowledgeable bespoke service to providers and also help candidates with their future prospects. We help candidates by building a candidate portfolio which we share with employers who are seeking relevant positions in your area, we are here to help with things such as the application process and also giving post interview feedback. For employers we aim to streamline your on-boarding process, we are able to follow Schedule 2 checks with minimal client intervention aside from interviewing the candidates , processing the candidates DBS and verifying the references. We also offer a range of training courses alongside other services nationally with a range of mandatory training courses conducted both virtually and face to face where permitting and practicable.
