Operating across Greater Manchester, Rochdale, Tameside, and Burnley, we specialise in supporting individuals with spinal injuries, brain injuries, neurological conditions, learning disabilities, and children or young people with complex needs. Our clinical expertise includes ventilation, tracheostomy, PEG feeding, airway support, and bowel management, ensuring each person receives safe, personalised care that promotes dignity and independence. We employ over 140 trained care staff and four registered nurses, including a paediatric vent and trachy specialist. Every team member completes enhanced DBS checks, mandatory training, shadowing, and competency sign-offs before delivering care. We further invest in our people with ongoing professional development, funded diplomas, and palliative care training in partnership with Springhill Hospice. Complex Hospital Discharge – seamless transition from hospital to home with planning, equipment, and family support. Long-Term Care – sustainable, person-centred support for individuals with life-limiting conditions. We are CQC regulated, with our Burnley branch consistently rated Good, and our Rochdale branch newly registered with positive inspection progress. We partner with NHS teams, ICBs, CCGs, local authorities, charities, and private clients to deliver bespoke care packages.
