Working across health and social care to deliver service that improve the health and well being of vulnerable groups and ultimately reduce the use of secondary care service. We have many years experience of bidding for, mobilising and delivering urgent community services across the UK. We also work directly with care staff to aid interaction with healthcare services and reduce to flow of calls to the emergency services.
