Today, we operate as a high touch agency, providing companionship and domiciliary care that is built around trust, continuity and clear communication. Families get reliable, fairly priced support. Carers earn better rates and feel valued for the work they do. Behind the scenes we are developing AirCare’s next generation technology. This will evolve the agency into a digital marketplace, with online booking, real time updates, automated payments and a buddy system for cover, all designed to make high quality home care easier to access and easier to deliver. AirCare is starting local in Hertfordshire and building the foundations for a care system that is fairer for carers, more transparent for families and ready to scale as the UK’s ageing population grows.
