About Amber Complex Care Amber Complex Care provides OT-led complex care staffing for acquired brain injury (ABI), complex needs and community-based care packages. We support case managers, occupational therapists, commissioners and care providers by building stable, consistent care teams made up of experienced support workers and nurses. Our focus is on quality, continuity and long-term outcomes — not just filling shifts. Amber is run by people who have worked in care themselves.
