Since being established in 2021 by Georgina Singer-Cullen, Transept has provided in-house transaction support to leisure, consumer and healthcare businesses undertaking acquisitions, disposals and debt financing. Transept Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Bristol York Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
