I specialise in Identifying and sourcing investment opportunities for my client base of entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, Family Office's and developers, that they have been unable to access through their traditional investment connections. For early stage company investments, I ensure that those seeking investment are correctly matched to investors that can add value over and above a financial commitment. My business partner and I will also source sales and distribution avenues to enhance the growth of these companies. My clients are particularly interested in the medical cannabis market, both from an investment perspective and seeking investment. For property, my clients are also extremely interested in £50million + residential property development transactions and commercial assets around the UK. We have 4 clients looking at global hotel portfolios. I work with a select few developers on land acquisitions & disposals, JV's and forward purchases, predominantly on an off-plan basis. They are London based but are currently looking at other major hubs.
