We have a track record of advising institutions (including Aviva, The Church Commissioners, CBRE GI, Columbia Threadneedle and DTZ IM), private family offices and HNWIs on both buy-side and sell-side strategies, which encompass every facet of the process including marketing, the appointment of best-in-class specialist advisors when required and creation of efficient investment vehicles. Our business was founded by Mark Phillipson who has been involved in c.£1bn of investment acquisitions, disposals and development forward fundings. Mark has a specialism in retail property, and through the Eccleston Capital network also advises on opportunities across a range of sectors.
