Taylor Brooks is a niche property consultancy formed by Geoff Player, a Chartered Surveyor with over 27 years real estate transaction experience specialising in investment acquisitions and disposals, strategic asset management and corporate real estate across all property sectors. Geoff has unrivalled experience in the strategic management of property both operationally and as an investment asset, applying an entrepreneurial approach to asset management and the creation of value. Prior to forming Taylor Brooks, Geoff worked client side at the Co-operative Group for over 22 years. He was a member of the Co-op’s Estates Executive for 17 years and was appointed Director of Commercial & Investment Property in 2009. The early part of Geoff’s career was spent in private practise at Hillier Parker (now part of CBRE) in the City of London office agency market.
