With experience across broadcasting, TV production and magazine and book publishing, we help clients identify and execute actionable business strategies. Areas of expertise include: • Portfolio development through acquisitions, disposals, JVs and partnerships. • Post-acquisition integration of businesses • Turning around business performance through restructuring and driving organisation-wide cost reduction programmes Based in the UK but with experience in India, Australia and Asia as well as North America.
