Wealth Holdings is an independent advisory and consultancy firm focusing on merges and acquisitions, succession planning and post deal integration within the Wealth Management and Financial Services Markets. Preferring to take a medium to long term approach, we often take a capital or profit related interest in any business that we work with, so we are aligned with performance related success. For the past few years we have been advising two Fintech businesses - one which has designed software to power a new suite of investment based products to disrupt the equity release marketplace, and another launching a comprehensive digital advice business for use by IFA’s with the majority of their customer base.
