Hi Joanne, saw you've been running Trust-care Staffing for about 11 years, and Trust-care Staffing looks focused on both temporary and permanent care staffing for care homes, NHS teams and domiciliary providers around Scotland. Based on my experience, coordination for temp positions can get very manual: checking who's free, who's sick, who can't make it, and who can cover at short notice. So we built a simple but powerful AI + WhatsApp availability system for staffing teams. It's already live with Revised Recruitment, a temp teacher supply agency. The idea is pretty simple: workers keep using WhatsApp, AI does the chasing and matching in the background, and your team keeps control. Curious if this is a pain point at Trust-care Staffing? Hi Joanne, I had Trust-care Staffing down as both temporary and permanent care staffing for care homes, NHS teams and domiciliary providers around Scotland. If that's right, I imagine the messy bit is still availability: who is free, who is off sick, who cancelled, and what needs a human decision. Hi Joanne, Quick follow-up. The useful bit is that workers don't have to change behaviour. They still use WhatsApp. The system sits behind it: checks availability, chases responses, suggests matches, handles cancellations, and keeps the live view tidy for the team. Worth comparing notes? Hi Joanne, The reason I thought of Trust-care Staffing: temp staffing teams usually don't need another heavy platform. They need the day-to-day chasing to get lighter.
