Hi Stewart, saw you've been running Trust-care Staffing for about 2 years, and Trust-care Staffing looks focused on both temporary and permanent care staffing for care homes, NHS teams and domiciliary providers around Scotland. Based on my experience, coordination for temp positions can get very manual: checking who's free, who's sick, who can't make it, and who can cover at short notice.
