Hi Caroline, saw you've been with Carefirst for about 7 years, and Carefirst looks focused on temporary care staffing for care homes across the UK. Based on my experience, coordination for temp positions can get very manual: checking who's free, who's sick, who can't make it, and who can cover at short notice. Hi Caroline, The reason I thought of Carefirst: temp staffing teams usually don't need another heavy platform. They need the day-to-day chasing to get lighter.
