Hi Damian, saw you're Founder / IT Director at Careservice24, and Careservice24 looks focused on both temporary and permanent care staffing for care homes and domiciliary providers around Dorset and Hampshire. Based on my experience, coordination for temp positions can get very manual: checking who's free, who's sick, who can't make it, and who can cover at short notice. So we built a simple but powerful AI + WhatsApp availability system for staffing teams. It's already live with Revised Recruitment, a temp teacher supply agency. If that's right, I imagine the messy bit is still availability: who is free, who is off sick, who cancelled, and what needs a human decision. Hi Damian, The reason I thought of Careservice24: temp staffing teams usually don't need another heavy platform. They need the day-to-day chasing to get lighter.
