If that's right, I imagine the messy bit is still availability: who is free, who is off sick, who cancelled, and what needs a human decision. They still use WhatsApp. The system sits behind it: checks availability, chases responses, suggests matches, handles cancellations, and keeps the live view tidy for the team. Worth comparing notes? Hi Steven, The reason I thought of Coast 2 Coast Care: temp staffing teams usually don't need another heavy platform. They need the day-to-day chasing to get lighter.
