Hi David, saw you've been running Affinity Care for 12+ years, and Affinity Care looks focused on both temporary and permanent care staffing for care homes and NHS teams around Bristol and South West. Based on my experience, coordination for temp positions can get very manual: checking who's free, who's sick, who can't make it, and who can cover at short notice. Hi David, The reason I thought of Affinity Care: temp staffing teams usually don't need another heavy platform. They need the day-to-day chasing to get lighter.
