Based on my experience, coordination for temp positions can get very manual: checking who's free, who's sick, who can't make it, and who can cover at short notice. So we built a simple but powerful AI + WhatsApp availability system for staffing teams. It's already live with Revised Recruitment, a temp teacher supply agency. If that's right, I imagine the messy bit is still availability: who is free, who is off sick, who cancelled, and what needs a human decision.
