Based on my experience, coordination for temp positions can get very manual: checking who's free, who's sick, who can't make it, and who can cover at short notice. They still use WhatsApp. The system sits behind it: checks availability, chases responses, suggests matches, handles cancellations, and keeps the live view tidy for the team. Worth comparing notes? Hi Suzzanne, The reason I thought of Devoncare: temp staffing teams usually don't need another heavy platform. They need the day-to-day chasing to get lighter.
