Hi Joanne, saw you're Director at Care Outcomes, and Care Outcomes looks focused on both temporary and permanent care staffing for domiciliary providers across the UK. Based on my experience, coordination for temp positions can get very manual: checking who's free, who's sick, who can't make it, and who can cover at short notice. So we built a simple but powerful AI + WhatsApp availability system for staffing teams. It's already live with Revised Recruitment, a temp teacher supply agency. Hi Joanne, I had Care Outcomes down as both temporary and permanent care staffing for domiciliary providers across the UK. If that's right, I imagine the messy bit is still availability: who is free, who is off sick, who cancelled, and what needs a human decision. Hi Joanne, Quick follow-up. The useful bit is that workers don't have to change behaviour. They still use WhatsApp. The system sits behind it: checks availability, chases responses, suggests matches, handles cancellations, and keeps the live view tidy for the team. Worth comparing notes? Hi Joanne, The reason I thought of Care Outcomes: temp staffing teams usually don't need another heavy platform. They need the day-to-day chasing to get lighter. AI can do the repetitive availability and booking admin, while the agency stays in control. Is that something you are trying to improve? Cheers, Russ
