Hi Joanne, saw you're Director at Lilac Alliance, and Lilac Alliance looks focused on temporary care staffing for care homes, domiciliary providers and NHS teams around Yorkshire. Based on my experience, coordination for temp positions can get very manual: checking who's free, who's sick, who can't make it, and who can cover at short notice. If that's right, I imagine the messy bit is still availability: who is free, who is off sick, who cancelled, and what needs a human decision. They still use WhatsApp. The system sits behind it: checks availability, chases responses, suggests matches, handles cancellations, and keeps the live view tidy for the team. Worth comparing notes?
