Hi Samantha, saw you help run Right Track Care, and Right Track Care looks focused on both temporary and permanent care staffing for care homes and NHS teams around Blackpool and North West England. Based on my experience, coordination for temp positions can get very manual: checking who's free, who's sick, who can't make it, and who can cover at short notice. If that's right, I imagine the messy bit is still availability: who is free, who is off sick, who cancelled, and what needs a human decision. They still use WhatsApp. The system sits behind it: checks availability, chases responses, suggests matches, handles cancellations, and keeps the live view tidy for the team. Worth comparing notes? Hi Samantha, The reason I thought of Right Track Care: temp staffing teams usually don't need another heavy platform. They need the day-to-day chasing to get lighter.
