Hi Jeremy, I run SearchLoop. Built an anonymised list of 322 UK companies open to sale from 300+ owner conversations. Thought it might be relevant for Trevally Capital Advisers sell-side work. Open to a quick call?

Subject B: one for Trevally
Hi Jeremy, slightly adjacent path. I was at Greenhill doing corporate finance work for larger, slower-moving clients (not the nimble founder-led SMEs you probably spend more time around) but the problem feels familiar: getting close to owners before there is a formal process. Now I build proprietary origination systems across fragmented UK businesses. Over the past 6 months, one of my systems surfaced 300+ off-market conversations with owners across 10 sectors. I've put them together here: sample.searchloop.ai One example: a £25m to £50m UK technology services business with recurring B2B revenue and an owner open to a sale conversation. That kind of founder-led situation feels like the sort of thing a good advisor wants to know about before a full process starts. Worth a quick call? I can walk through how I got this and share some of the actual names. very best, Russ linkedin.com/in/russellt23 PS: if this isn't relevant, reply no and I'll leave you in peace. might even go for a walk.

Hi Jeremy — quick second note in case this got buried. The list is here: https://sample.searchloop.ai/ It is anonymised, but it should show sector, scale, geography and owner motivation before any names move around. Want a quick call? I can walk through how the owner conversations were generated and where the actual names sit. — Russ linkedin.com/in/russellt23 PS: if this isn't relevant, reply no and I'll leave you in peace. might even go for a walk.
Hi Jeremy — last nudge. Most firms I speak to do not need another company database. They need owner conversations before the obvious sale process. That is what the anonymised list is trying to show: https://sample.searchloop.ai/ Worth a quick call? — Russ linkedin.com/in/russellt23 PS: if this isn't relevant, reply no and I'll leave you in peace. might even go for a walk.
Jeremy — I'll leave it there. Link's here if useful later: https://sample.searchloop.ai/ — Russ linkedin.com/in/russellt23 PS: if this isn't relevant, reply no and I'll leave you in peace. might even go for a walk.
