Hi Vaishnavi, saw you've been with Medway for about 6 years, and Medway looks focused on both temporary and permanent care staffing for care homes and domiciliary providers around Edinburgh and Lothians. Based on my experience, coordination for temp positions can get very manual: checking who's free, who's sick, who can't make it, and who can cover at short notice. If that's right, I imagine the messy bit is still availability: who is free, who is off sick, who cancelled, and what needs a human decision. Hi Vaishnavi, The reason I thought of Medway: temp staffing teams usually don't need another heavy platform. They need the day-to-day chasing to get lighter.
