Verde Equity Partners is a private equity firm specializing in control buyouts of lower middle-market businesses and property services investments in the Western U.S. We have an “operator-first approach” where we empower operators with the necessary tools and team to advocate for deals we are passionate about and have expertise in. We aim to professionalize executive teams, improve governance and execution of strategic initiatives, and focus on durable companies that can continue to perform in recessionary and high inflation environments.
